Care Community offers a range of support services designed to meet your individual needs. This may be as simple as assistance with cooking and cleaning, transport to appointments, outings and shopping or even just a companion to walk with you or read to you.
As your needs change, Care Community can provide more complex care such as assistance with personal hygiene through to specialised nursing care.
Care can be delivered on an hourly, daily, overnight or weekly basis, whatever your individual needs, Care Community will work with you and your family to ensure that you continue to live independently at home.
Home Care Services include but are not limited to:

- Showering, bathing

Nursing Services include but are not limited to:
- Medication management
- Diabetes management
- Wound and stoma care
- Injections
- Post operative care
- Continence management
- Oxygen and other respiratory aids including Tracheostomies

All staff undergo thorough police and reference checks so you can be sure that only dedicated, caring and reliable staff will be assigned to assist you.
Service Excellence
Community Care is an area of growing importance in the Australia marketplace and it has become an important priority to Origin Healthcare. Extensive resources have been allocated into the development of Care Community Nursing Services allowing us to provide qualified carers and nursing staff on a temporary/casual, contract or permanent bases. To this end, Care Community is covered by the international business standards set by ISO 9001 and we are currently working towards ISO 2008.
